We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description on our website. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of receiving and opening the package from the delivery partner. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the condition of the product inside. This video will be considered mandatory proof for any return or replacement request related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Trndocart follows a replacement-first policy to provide faster resolution. If the product is eligible, we will arrange a replacement of the same item. In case a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For returns due to reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or incorrect selection by the customer, returns may not be accepted or may be approved at our sole discretion. In such cases, applicable return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Certain products may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene concerns, usage, or clearance sale conditions. These items will be clearly specified on the product page and are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. The refund process typically takes 5–7 business days after approval. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
